I love the art of Mary Blair, a mid-centry modern illustrator and painter, best known for her work with Disney. She did famous art for Peter Pan, Alice in Wonderland and of course, the It's a Small World design and art at Disneyland. She has a geometric sense to her art and that is what I worked with here. Creating these fantasy worlds is fun and takes my imagination away to wonderful childhood memories.
